SAFE SUPERVISED VISITATION PROGRAM
                                         SAFETY PLAN for VISITING PARTIES

The SAFE Supervised Visitation Program provides neutral supervision during periods of
access for a parent when allegations or confirmation of abuse, (physically, verbally, or
emotionally), have occurred. It is the purpose of the SAFE Program to ensure a safe stress
free environment for the children during these visitations. The program implements and
enforces policies and procedures to protect the children and families.

There is a NO CONTACT policy that allows children to go from one parent to the other
without having to witness or experience physical and/or emotional violence. The SAFE
program is concerned with everyone's safety, especially that of the children; therefore, we
stress the importance of the staggered arrival and departure times at the visitations. In
order for there to be no contact between the parties, everyone must abide by their
specific arrival and departure times. In addition, parties must adhere to ALL of the rules
that govern the SAFE program for the protection of all participants.

When you arrive at the visitation site, please be aware of your surroundings. Park your car
away from the entrance of the facility, as directed by the staff. Enter the facility immediately
as possible. Do not return to your vehicle or go outside without permission. If the
custodial party arrives early, immediately notify a worker and/or security. If at any point you
observe the custodial party driving by the facility, or parked near by, notify a worker and/or
security immediately.

You must arrive during your designated time (your arrival time is 15-30 minutes prior to the
start of the visit). If you are running late, it is imperative you notify the supervisor as soon
as possible. DO NOT RISK MISSING A VISIT. If you arrive at the same time as the custodial
parent, immediately approach a worker and/or security and enter the facility.

If you observe strange or alarming behaviors or actions from another parent, alert a
worker and/or security immediately.

If you are being dropped off for a visit, make sure the designated indivual is away from the
area by the time the children are dropped off. If you are being picked up after a visit, make
sure the designated individual does not arrive on the premises until 15-20 minutes after
the visit is scheduled to end. In addition, the designated individual should not be near the
facility during the drop-off and pick-up of children.

***Please be advised that these safety measures are for your protection against possible
allegations made by the cusdodial party, and are preventative measures; but do not
guarentee the elimations of an incident from occuring. Most importantly, ALWAYS BE
AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS.
