SAFE SUPERVISED VISITATION PROGRAM
                                         SAFETY PLAN for CUSTODIAL PARTIES

The SAFE Supervised Visitation Program provides neutral supervision during periods of
access for a parent when allegations or confirmation of abuse, (physically, verbally, or
emotionally), have occurred. It is the purpose of the SAFE Program to ensure a safe stress
free environment for the children during these visitations. The program implements and
enforces policies and procedures to protect the children and families.

There is a NO CONTACT policy that allows children to go from one parent to the other
without having to witness or experience physical and/or emotional violence. The SAFE
program is concerned with everyone's safety, especially that of the children; therefore, we
stress the importance of the staggered arrival and departure times at the visitations. In
order for there to be no contact between the parties, everyone must abide by their specific
arrival and departure times. In addition, parties must adhere to ALL of the rules that govern
the SAFE program for the protection of all participants.

When you arrive at the visitation site, please be aware of your surroundings. Stay in your
vehicle until you see a worker and/or a security officer. If you see the other party pulling in
late, DO NOT GET OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE. If the non-custodial parent has not arrived and has
not called by the designated time, you will be instructed to leave the premises. If the
non-custodial parent arrives as you are leaving the facility, please return to the facility
parking lot and DO NOT GET OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE. If you are walking to your vehicles the
non-custodial parent arrives, return to a worker and/or security officer for instructions. It is
best to wait until the non-custodial parent has signed in and has entered the facility.
However, as the agreement to participate you sign during the intake and registration
process states, no visit may occur if the non-custodial parent arrives late and does not call.

If you arrive earlier than your designated time, we suggest that you circle the block and
come back at your designated time. We prefer that you are NOT on the premises until your
designated time. You may be asked to leave if you arrive early. When you pick up the
children we also ask that you leave the premises IMMEDIATELY. The non-custodial party will
be released 10-15 minutes after you leave and will be on the road. If you see the
non-custodial parent in the area, we suggest that you immediately return to the exchange
site and notify a worker, or if you feel threatened, drive to the nearest police or fire
department or other safe/public haven.

***Please be advised that these safety plans are preventative measures, but do not
guarantee the elimination of an accident from occurring. Most importantly
ALWAYS BE
AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDS.
