Please bring the following with you
when you come in for your
appointment to register:
Completed paper work(All forms
you need are listed on this page)
Valid Drivers License/Photo ID
Copy of your court order
Medical Insurance Card (If you
provide insurance).
Vehicle information- Make, Model,
License plate #.
Probation/parole conditions, if any
and PO's name and number.
Registration fee is $75.00 (money
order ONLY) payable by each party
UNLESS ,
1. Court order specifies who pays
the fees.
2. Court order states a "finding or
pattern of domestic/family violence
(in this case, the visiting parent
would pay ALL fees).
3. If the custodial parent is NOT the
biological parent
when you come in for your
appointment to register:
