VISITATION GUEST POLICY:

Visits are scheduled for the non-custodial party ONLY unless a guest is named in the order
OR approved by the SAFE Program. This is the only time for this parent/child interaction.
Many parents choose to take advantage of this time without others attending. We recognize
the importance of maintaining strong extended family ties, and therefore, we do allow family
members to attend as guests if approved by the SAFE Program Director. The number of
guest may be limited due to space availability at the facility.

Guest will NOT be approved on a visit-by-visit basis. While the number of participants in the
program simply does not allow for frequent guest changes, we will try to accommodate
guest request under special or unusual circumstances (Birthdays, Christmas Party, etc.).

All names submitted for guest will be considered after obtaining criminal history and
comments from the custodial party. The final decision to allow or deny guest will be made by
the SAFE Program Director.

After a guest decision is made, the parties will be notified. Adult guest that are approved will
be asked to bring a copy of their photo ID to their first visit. The ID copy will be kept at the
visitation site.

If a visiting party comes to a visit with an unapproved guest, the guest will be asked to leave
or the visit staff will terminate the visit.

ALL GUEST ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THE SAME RULES AS VISITING PARTY
REGARDING CONVERSATION, CELL PHONES, PHOTOS, ETC. (They will be provided with a
copy of these rules at their first visit). FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION
OF VISITING PRIVILEGES.

       Guest fees: $10.00 for all guests over age of 5. There is no charge for children 5 and
under.
